Japanese Man Sleeps Only 30 Minutes a Day for 12 Years to Enhance Longevity! 

Daisuke Hori, a 40-year-old Japanese bodybuilder and entrepreneur, claims to have mastered the art of ultra-short sleep, limiting himself to just 30-45 minutes per night for the past 12 years.

According to the South China Morning Post, he believes that high-quality sleep is more important than the length of sleep, especially for people who need sustained focus in their work, like doctors and firefighters.

Critics, however, worry about the potential long-term health risks of such minimal rest.
